Yavneh Olami's Summer Internship Program (SIP) enables students and recent graduates from all over the world to intern in their fields of interest in Israel within a social and educational environment.

SIP participants spend their days hard at work in order to experience working conditions, explore employment opportunities and make contacts.

We do our very best to accommodate your internship requests. The sooner you apply the better your chance of getting your chosen internship.

Extra curricular programs include Shabbatonim, weekly group dinners, tiyulim, shiurim and guest lecturers.

Yavneh Olami is a religious Zionist student organization that abides by halachic standards. Jewish students of all backgrounds are welcome.

Important Information

Application Process and Deadlines:

January 10th 2010: Processing on-line application begins

March 7th 2010: Deadline for online applications.

July 1st 2010: Summer Internship Program Begins

Dates:

The program will take place between July 1st and August 15th, 2010.

Cost:

4,000 NIS + $50 US non-refundable application fee.  

The program fee includes:

• Job placement in Jerusalem
• Accommodations in Jerusalem
• Medical Insurance
• Shabbatonim
• Shiurim
• Tiyulim
• Weekly group dinners
• Many other extracurricular programming!

Airfare is not included.

Participants are responsible for their daily food and expenses.

Requirements:

1) The Yavneh Olami Summer Internship Program is only open to students who have completed at least 1 full year of university.

 2) Students must commit to being in Israel for the entire duration of the program (July 1st - August 15th).

 3) Students must commit to working at least five mornings a week.
